harvest truck driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasonal truck driver to support the trucking activities of harvesting our corn and soybeans. It will require hauling grain from the field to on farm storage.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Haul grain from the field to on farm storage

  • Perform pre‐trip truck inspections daily

  • Communicate with grain cart drivers and bin site manager

  • Obey all applicable traffic laws

  • Drive safely and follow Summit’s safety guidelines

  • Keep trucks clean on interior and exterior

knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Experience in operating commercial vehicles

  • Class A CDL

  • Farm experience a plus
